"My experience with David Accomando’s State Farm office has been incredibly frustrating. My card was charged after my new insurance company sent a cancellation notice. I contacted the office to get my money back, and weeks later, I’m still waiting. No refund. No follow-up.

Having to chase an insurance office for weeks over a charge made after a cancellation notice is unacceptable. The lack of communication and urgency shows a complete disregard for my time and money.

Terrible customer service. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this office."
